My friend @derkiz and I are making a game together! It is based on the last .gif animation that I made and should be very fun! I don't have a timeline for when it will be completed, but I will say that progress has been incredibly fast. The core gameplay is made, and we now just need to refine it and make it more enjoyable. ^_^

Hi everyone! I hope you've been having a good weekend! I want to talk about my animations for a sec. You may have noticed but I have been making short loops for the art portal. Basically .gif files that loop forever. I've been really enjoying this new format since I can make nice animations that I'm satisfied with rather quickly. I've been pretty busy with work these days so i really don't know if I can make another long form animation like I used to (for the time being).

If you like this format please let me know! I'm thinking of doing a mix of the idle character poses and warioware microgames like my last one.

Hi everyone! I just thought that I should give a little update on what's been happening. I will be too busy this weekend and away from my computer (I need to visit family in another city), so I won't be able to draw much.

1. The first thing is that I am close to finishing another short animated loop. Once it's finished I'll be posting it onto the art portal. But I'm not happy with the colour so I'll need to make a lot of changes to it.

2. I got a new drawing pad! This is what I've been drawing on to make the new animation. It's from XP Pen and I really like the stylus that it came with! :3

3. While I was waiting for the drawing pad to arrive, I was messing around with 3d objects in Blender and I came up with this interesting 90s inspired thing... I don't know what to call it hhhh. I wanted to have it animated but I ran into some issues and abandoned the project. If you guys like it I'll maybe revisit this idea.

4. The last piece of news. My job is going to change in 5 months. I don't want to get into too much detail publicly but this means that I'll have much less free time when I start the new position. I'm not happy about it but there isn't much I can do apart from changing company. Just thought I'd let you guys know. :C

Hi everyone! This has been a really crazy week! Last tuesday I had about 34 fans on Newgrounds but now we have 100. Welcome everyone who is new and thank you everyone who has stayed! You won't be disappointed with what I'm cooking up next! \(^o^)/

Ok to say that today has been crazy would be an understatement. \(^o^)/ First of all, thank you to everyone who voted and got my animation onto the front page! This means the world to me and I have been extremely happy this whole day. I put a lot of effort into it and clearly that has paid off!

So what will happen next? I'm thinking of having a short break from making long form animations and I want to try making very short animations and posting them as .gif files onto the art portal (like the short above loop). I'll try this for a week and if the results are promising then I'll make some more :)

Hi everyone! I have great news! The animation is nearly complete. I basically just need to improve the audio mix, make a thumbnail, and create a credit sequence. Everything else is finished and I'm very happy with it! I'm expecting a release date on either monday or tuesday, so please get hyped! This has been the biggest animation I've made yet even though it is quite short.

Hi everyone! Just going to give you all a little update on how the animation is progressing. This animation becoming pretty different to my last ones, this has two destinct parts, a black and white part and a coloured part. The BW is all finished and I have added a nice halftone texture to it that you can see from the above pic. The coloured part still needs some work.

I've finished syncing the main audio track, and I just need to add some small sound ambient sound effects. I have honestly ran into some issues with the animation, I needed to get a coloured light to appear in the BW section, but that has been resolved now.

I'm not sure how much longer this has taken as I do have work, and I don't want to rush it. I think this one shows a lot of promise. Anyway, hope you like the update! :P

Hi everyone! Hope your all having a happy weekend. I've been busy with work this week but I've managed to create some good scenes in the mean time. I still have a lot of work left to do, but so far I'm very satisfied with this one.

Here is a rundown of whats left:

Add shading to the b/w scenes -> finish animating the last few scenes -> colour them -> finish minor animations -> sound effects -> submit onto newgrounds.

There's still a lot actually for such a short animation hhhh. But I promise it will be worth it :)

Hi everyone! Just wanted to make a quick post to detail where I'm at currently. So far I have finished animating more than half of the animation, and some parts I will be applying this sort of glitchy effect that you can see in the above photo. I think it's working out well so far, but I am running into issues with finding the right colour palette in certain shots. Progress will slow down since I'm back at work but I'll keep you updated with anymore news :)
